Our Team

While attending college and working for a multi-national insurance company, Sal identified significant risk centers associated with serving LEP (Limited English Proficient) clients across multiple industries. Shortly thereafter, he set out to co-found a proprietary service delivery platform and technology that would minimize these risk by setting up a strategy around language services. Currently, Sal continues to take 3iCorp.com^® into the future by serving as Chairman of the Board.

Jorge Alvarez co-founded 3iCorp.com^® with his brother, Sal Alvarez, while studying at California State University, Fullerton. During his nearly 25 years with the company, Jorge has helped to develop our proprietary technology and continues to serve the organization in a variety of roles. International expansion, improving company culture, and counseling executives on the importance of listening to the customer are among his primary activities.

Mike Cirillo became the President and CEO of 3iCorp.com^® in 2009. His is primarily responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction in order to continue to meet the needs of the rapidly changing global demographics and workforce. Prior to that, Mike spent 24 years with the Hartford and SRS in variety of roles in the finance, technology and business development areas.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Western New England College in accounting and an MBA in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Brian Gannon comes to 3iCorp.com^® with nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. For most of the last 14 of those years, he served as a sales executive at several leading third-party administrators, winning several sales awards, having most recently as the Western Region Sales Manager for Broadspire, a Crawford Company. He began his career as a Workers’ Compensation claims representative for The Travelers Insurance Company.

Gannon obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California.
